Fayy Health Polyclinic is a high-end outpatient plastic surgery & women’s health center located in the heart of Dubai International Financial Center. The 1,300 sqft facility consists primarily of consultation, treatment, and procedure rooms both for the plastic surgery ward and the women’s health & cosmetic dentistry. 

The polyclinic aims at welcoming renowned practitioners from the West, specifically California. With the clinic’s focus on aesthetic and reconstructive procedures along with the sole concept of rotating doctors, the aspect of flexibility and modularity was quite crucial to the design of the space. 

The interiors touch on the sensuality of the human body, deriving elements of beauty to create a sense of calm and quiet luxury. Fluid archways define the main circulation spine leading you through the journey along the cave-like corridors. These vignettes create visual axes around every turn allowing the clinic to reveal itself slowly to provoke moments of contemplation. The play on the illusion of tall ceilings was achieved by morphing and blending the walls into the ceiling almost seamlessly. 

Inspired by the softness of the sand dunes, the movement of light makes for a cohesive interior. The rounded corners bring a smooth quality that emphasizes the harmony of natural forms and embraces the organic. The “skin” of the interior spaces followed by clear and simple geometry aims to create an atmosphere where silence can be breathed, and beauty can be felt - an oasis of calmness and permanence.
