Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and account reconciliation using QuickBooks.

  • Receptionist & Studio Support: Welcome clients and visitors, handle calls and emails with professionalism, and maintain a polished, well-organized studio environment.

  • Office Coordination: Replenish office supplies, schedule appointments, manage vendor permits, and prepare meeting spaces with thoughtful attention to detail.

  • Administrative Excellence: Prepare reports and organize and manage digital and physical documentation for seamless access.

  • HR & Onboarding Support: Schedule interviews, assist with new team member onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Drive.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to maintaining a smooth, efficient workspace.
